Dr. Kadakia recently took Instagram and publish a video clip with the advice and he tells that "today it is very necessary to stay safe and to stay healthy in is epidemic time. He also mentioned that as per research, one can quit smoking or break the particular habit in 21 days. And we already got 21 days of lockdown which can be used for something productive."
