Introducing Rajni Ranjan a girl from Patna, who is very popular in the city Patna for her arts & crafts as a nail artist. She used to create paintings on the nails, yes, you heard right. Recently in covid19 lockdown, she prepared an art with the message to thanks the corona warriors which was trending on Instagram. Q. First of all tell us about yourself?
My name is Rajni Ranjan, I'm a nail artist from Patna, I've done bachelors in arts. I love to make nail arts to spread messages and to promote my city, state, and country.
Q. Since when are you engaged with this form of arts? And how did you came to know about this?
I am making nail art for 6-7 years. I started nail art because I always loved my nails... Then I got an idea to share creative places and messages through my nail art. And this is how my journey begins.
Q. Are you pursuing any course on this art or learned by self?
I have decided to learn more about nail art, and I will pursue this course soon.
Q. What are your parent's reactions?
My parents really love my work. They always supported me and my work.
Q. Since you have been featured in different newspapers. How do you feel and what your friends and relatives reaction.
It feels really rewarding when my art gets featured in the newspaper. As it helps me to spread my message to more and more people around, and it also inspires people to go for their choice of work... My friends also get very excited when they see my art in newspapers... They always appreciate me.
Q. Let us know your future plans and the goals?
I will keep on making new arts on different topics, and I have planned to start my own nail art studio to help people learn this art those who are Interested... And I'll try to spread this art as much as I can... If I get good response in my field I'll sure start a nail studio in Patna...
Q. Do brands and agency contact for any ideas?
No brand or agency has not contacted me yet for any ideas.
Q. We have seen that on different occasions, you have created different messages on the nails.
As you have seen my all nail arts are based on some message or some places... So currently I do not create for any individual or personal nail art...
Q. Recently in the crisis of covid19 lockdown, one of your nail art was trending on Instagram. We like to know how did the idea came to create to thanks the warriors.
In this epidemic, our Corona warriors are fighting, and they are also trying to convey people to stay home, so everyone is supporting our warriors by spreading awareness messages in their own unique style... So, I too decided to spread awareness through my nail art style to aware peoples.
Q. What do you think about Bgs Raw the online magazine and how will you recommend us for featuring.
Bgs Raw is doing good work... And it is really a matter of pleasure to get featured on bgsraw.
Q. What are the things you do besides this art?
Besides nail art, I make sketches and do gardening in my free time.
Q. Do you also make tutorials on social media for learners?
Video tutorials on nail art are coming soon for people who are interested.
Q. What are the projects are you currently working on?
I never plan to make nail art... I just start as fun and to make it whenever an idea strikes in my mind...
Q. Any message for those who have an interest in this same field of art.
To people who keep interested in this field, I just want to say that keep trying new things... Always keep experimenting and do it with your heart. A good thing takes time.
