सामग्री (Ingredients)
पेस्ट के लिए (How to Make the Paste):
- Betel leaves – 6-7 pieces
- Fennel – 1-1.5 tbsp
- Dry coconut – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – more than a teaspoon
- Ice cubes – 3-4
- Rose petal jam / Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- green food coloring
- sugar powder – cup
सेवा के लिए:
- Betel leaf paste – 3 tbsp
- sugar powder – some
- a cup of milk
- fresh cream – cup
- Pistachios – finely chopped
- saffron
- dried rose petals
How to Make Betel leaf Sarbat or so called syrup
Step 1- Take some betel leaves, wash them and clean them with a cloth. Remove the stem part and chop the leaves finely.
Step 2 – Then take a mixer jar, add betel leaves, fennel, dry coconut, some ice cubes and grind it.
Step 3 – Now add rose petal jam/glucan, some ice cubes, green color, powdered sugar and grind it. Then take out the paste in a bowl. Store the betel paste in the freezer for log time use.
Step 4 – Now to serve it in a glass, add betel paste, some sugar, milk, fresh cream and beat it with the batter.
Step 5 – Now garnish it with some chopped pistachios, saffron, some dry rose petals. In this way, delicious paan shot/drink/syrup will be easily prepared at home.
